Evan Hummel is a photographer from Albuquerque, New Mexico who specializes primarily in portrait photography. He works as a portrait photographer to create aesthetically pleasing images that heighten every aspect of his subject. He currently studies at the University of Colorado Denver pursuing his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and will graduate in 2023. As a passionate bodybuilder himself, Hummel produced a series celebrating the sport which he exhibited at the Redline Contemporary Arts Center located in Denver, Colorado. His work, “The Art of Bodybuilding” showcases the artistic form of the conditioned human body in its most prime physical form. He wants to continue to use his photographic skills to capture each of his subjects in a unique and creative way to further his career both as a commercial and fine arts photographer.
