Emily Patten is an illustrator based near Denver, Colorado with a passion for all things art and storytelling. From a young age, she has immersed herself in the characters and world-building of beloved stories from her childhood, which inspired her to start creating her own stories with any materials she could get her hands on. She fell in love with digital art the moment she got her first drawing tablet in 2016, and has since pivoted almost exclusively to digital illustration, allowing her to experiment with nontraditional techniques in her work.
In her free time, she continues to feed her love for storytelling by developing several different personal side projects, both alone and with friends. She believes that art and storytelling are powerful tools for self-expression, and she hopes that the work she puts out under her pseudonym online can pass on some of the joy and connection she finds in her own inspirations.
