Dog lover, travel junkie, hiker, Tolkien fan, illustrator, and multi-faceted designer. Working from an enlightened dynamic to give life and soul to graphic design to promote memorability and meaning. I believe in handcrafted originality. I owe much of my inspiration and adaptability as a graphic illustrator to my military upbringing, getting to travel and see many different places broadened my perception greatly. Growing up, I started drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil and from there my curiosity in fantasy, animals, and science- fiction fueled my desire to want to create what I saw and then make original concepts as I got older. I knew then that I wanted to be an artist when I grew up. My work became noticed in undergrad during an art exhibition when I studied abroad at the Burren College of Art in Ballyvaughn, Ireland and then I worked for two years as a Student Visual Arts Director for the CU Agency at the University of Colorado in Denver. I am constantly exploring and furthering my knowledge and experience in new techniques in design.
